Matt turned rehabbing a personal injury into a passion for fitness. After graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Science, he moved to Kansas City to pursue a career in personal training. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He has trained in a number of fitness settings, from corporate to private studios, and worked with a wide variety of clientele. Having worked with former athletes to beginners and teens, he can tailor a program to fit any fitness level.
After 6+ years of training in the KC Metro area, Matt decided to open Body Solutions. His goal was to run a studio for trainers, by a trainer. It offers an upscale environment for established fitness professionals to run their business. It also offers memberships for members who want the big gym workout, without the hassle.
After battling youth obesity most of my life I decided to take my passion full-time to fitness 10 years ago and help men & women learn how to finally take control of their bodies. After helping hundreds of people in Johnson County lose the weight they want rapidly, I have since begun to focus on injury rehabilitation and trigger point release often helping clients continue with workouts post physical therapy. With my background as an Olympic and College athlete I still work with youth athletes all over the Blue Valley area in addition to adults wanting to lose weight. I look forward to helping you regardless of your journey.

Growing up in a household of 4 boys, I couldn’t help but be active. I was always involved in sports year round, soccer, basketball, track & field. I turned 18 and shifted my focus to living a healthier lifestyle through both diet and exercise. I worked at several fitness centers in the Kansas City area as both a trainer and manager over the last 7 years. I am currently back in school working on my business degree. I am always anxious to meet someone new to help them change their life. I will help you get the job done and have fun at the same time.
Josh attended Kansas State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. The day after graduating from Kansas State, Josh left for Dallas, TX where he attended the Cooper Institute and received his first personal training certification. Currently, Josh is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist. Josh has also attended training by Fitness Anywhere to be a Group TRX Suspension Training instructor. Josh has conducted over 6000 personal training sessions and has experience working with all types of clients. His main focus is to help his clients make lifestyle changes that allow them to reach and maintain their personal goals. From 1-on-1 training to Boot Camps Josh has the right program for you!
Beth’s own passion for fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle motivated her to become a personal trainer and improve the lives of those who choose to work with her. Beth is a people person who believes in keeping exercising fun and fresh, while holding her clients accountable along their journey to success. With seven years of experience, Beth has helped clients of all ages and fitness levels transform into the person they’ve always wanted to be. Beth specializes in body fat reduction through education and motivation with an emphasis on nutrition. Beth’s clients accept that there is no easy solution to weight loss. She has instilled in them that consistency and determination will lead to their desired outcome. Whether you are interested in training for a fitness competition, or stepping into the gym for the first time in your life, Beth would love to help you turn your excuses into progress!

Jill Buchert holds a Magna Cum Laude Bachelors degree from Western Illinois University, and is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. A desire for her own fitness led her to become a distance runner and to secure her certification as a trainer. She has completed numerous runs ranging from 5K’s to full marathons. Her own experience with sports injuries has provided her with first-hand knowledge of the importance of prevention and recovery from injury through exercise. Her current clients range in age from 16 to 70. She has helped individuals with weight loss, weight maintenance, muscle toning, muscle building, and cardiovascular endurance. Jill offers a variety of training session options including private, group, boot camp style classes, in a gym environment as well as personal homes. In addition, Jill has been a trainer for Leawood Lifestyles Magazine’s Biggest Loser competition since their program inception.
